We have our first community contributed software program, a little app to convert GPSMap/GO TRL files to and from Maptech TXF format. Well done and a big thank you to jolly47roger for this.
See this post for more details.

Announcement: New Craporola website address
Posted: shanks @ Fri Dec 14, 2007 4:01 pm
Since my ISP have now managed to find my Craporola website, but still refuse to reinstate it at its original address, I went a bit mad and bought up the craporola.com domain name (an early Christmas present? - strange how nobody else wanted it.. or is it?)
So you can now find the homepage at http://www.craporola.com. Perhaps now I should give it a revamp..

Announcement: Craporola Homepage Down
Posted: shanks @ Wed Dec 12, 2007 1:52 pm
The main Craporola homepage is currently down for unknown reasons. As yet no response from the ISP (madasafish), so while this is being sorted I've posted the program downloads here.

Posted: shanks @ Fri Oct 19, 2007 3:48 pm
Hey there folks - just to let you know a new version of GPSGO is now available! This version adds support for export of trails and map points to Google Earth KML format, as was already available for GPSMap-OS users.
Get it from the GPSGO Homepage.

Announcement: Bugfix Release: GPSMap-OS 1.51
Posted: shanks @ Thu Oct 11, 2007 8:48 pm
This release fixes a bug in the trail saving routine where .trl files were actually being saved as Google KML format.
Big thanks due to NavMan&Dog for pointing this problem out!
Download from the usual place on the GPSMap Homepage.
